What do I have to do to apply?

What requirements do I have to meet?
You are currently in an undergraduate, masters, PhD or an MBA program and fulfil the following criteria:
- Academically or professionally familiar with economics/finance or passionate to learn more about it
- Very good analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to analyze finance-specific issues
- Exceptional intellect and superior problem solving skills
- High level of commitment, energy, creativity
- Ability to take initiative, and work independently as well as part of of a team
- Outstanding record of academic achievement
- You enjoy teamwork and solving complex problems
- You want additional opportunities to learn through training courses and feedback
- You want to know what management consulting means to McKinsey.
What does the program of the summit look like?
Click on Agenda to get an overview of the program of the summit. It is designed to give you an insight into life at McKinsey and its corporate finance practice. You will also tackle a real-life case study that you work on in groups including a final presentation of results that will be discussed with McKinsey consultants. Finally, you will have plenty of opportunity to enjoy the alpine setting of Kitzbühel in an extensive social program.
Who do I meet?
The event will bring together students and post-graduates with a special interest in corporate finance from all over Europe. There will be a large McKinsey faculty consisting of consultants from our corporate finance practice coming from our different European offices (Germany, Switzerland, Iberia, France, UK, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, Benelux).
